Try refreshing the page before you enter your login details. Some people set their browser to never check for newer versions of the page. Refreshing can overcome this.

Check you are using the correct login name and password.

If you can't remember your password, click on the 'forgot password' link. Once you've then entered your login name and e-mail address, you'll be shown your password reminder that you specified when you joined. If this still doesn't help, you can request a temporary password from us.
